Requires all gunsmiths and firearms dealers to post a conspicuous warning notice in at least two locations (entrance and one additional sales area) in 26-point type on 8.5" x 11" paper stating that access to weapons significantly increases risks of suicide, domestic violence deaths, and unintentional deaths to children and household members, and providing the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline number (988).

Mandates firearms dealers distribute an identical written warning notice to purchasers at the time of each individual weapon or firearm sale.

Requires licensing officers to provide a written copy of the same warning notice to all individuals upon issuance or amendment of a firearm or weapon license/permit.

Establishes violation of these requirements as punishable by imprisonment of not more than 15 days or a fine of not more than $1,000, or both, with each day of non-compliance counted as a separate offense, enforced by local police departments.

Provides immunity to licensing officers and local government employees for injuries or damages resulting from dealers' failure to comply, and permits stricter local disclosure requirements to remain in effect.
