Extends the term estate for Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds property in Staten Island from 99 years (expiring October 1, 2089) to September 30, 2122, allowing the grantor (United Jewish Appeal-Federation of Jewish Philanthropies) continued use rights for camp purposes.

Amends the original 1990 deed and accompanying agreement between the State of New York and UJA to reflect the new expiration date of September 30, 2122 throughout all relevant sections.

Grants the commissioner of environmental conservation the power to waive in writing any limitation, restriction, or requirement contained in the agreement governing the property use.

Requires UJA to prepare and execute amended deed and agreement documents within 30 days of the act's effective date, with the commissioner executing and returning them within 30 days thereafter, followed by recording in the Richmond County Clerk's office.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
