Authorizes the city of New York to transfer property at 727 Greene Avenue, Brooklyn (Block 1614, Lots 1, 79, and 80) to the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps at no cost.

Property has been continuously leased to BSVAC by the city since 1989 and conveyance recognizes the organization's long-standing service to the community.

Land must be used primarily for operating a volunteer ambulance service, providing emergency medical care and training, and purposes supporting BSVAC's long-term sustainability.

Includes a reverter clause requiring ownership to revert to the city of New York if the property is not accepted or used for the specified purposes.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
