Requires self-storage facility occupancy agreements to include occupant's telephone number in addition to electronic mail address if the occupant chooses to be contacted via telephone.

Adds notice requirement stating "If you choose to provide your telephone number, the owner must attempt to contact you by telephone to notify you of the mailing of any legal matters related to late or lien notices."

Extends the demand for payment period from 30 days to 60 days from mailing of lien enforcement notice before goods can be advertised for sale.

Mandates that owners make reasonable attempts to contact occupants by telephone to notify them of mailing lien notices if the occupant has chosen telephone contact in their occupancy agreement.

Requires electronic mail notices to be effective only if the occupancy agreement explicitly states the occupant consented to receive notices by email and the occupant provided their email address in at least two locations within the agreement.
