Removes language specifying that Jamestown city court judge selections are made by the mayor with city council consent for an office created in 2013.

Transfers the selection method for the full-time Jamestown city court judge to subparagraph (i) of paragraph 2 of subdivision (e) of section 2104 of the uniform city court act upon the first vacancy following this act's effective date.

Changes apply only to future vacancies in the Jamestown city court judge position, not existing appointments.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
