Prohibits municipal officers and employees, including volunteer fire department members, from displaying political advertisements on public buildings, flagpoles, monuments, signs, and other permanent structures they interact with in official capacity.

Extends the prohibition to uniforms, accessories, gear, municipally-owned vehicles, volunteer fire company vehicles, and equipment owned by municipalities or fire departments.

Defines "political advertisement" as posters, signs, flags, banners, pictures, stickers, bumper stickers, clothing, accessories, or other items meant to advertise or promote an individual for political office.

Exempts political advertisements that appear in books, digital media, museums, or serve educational or historical purposes, and advertisements featuring deceased individuals.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
