Authorizes the Town of Islip assessor in Suffolk County to accept a late application for real property tax exemption from Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center for the 2019-2020 assessment roll.

Applies to the parcel located at 1111 Montauk Highway, West Islip, New York (Suffolk County tax map number 474.1-2-1).

Requires the assessor to review the late application as if it had been filed by the taxable status date deadline, subject to Town Board of Islip approval.

Permits the assessor to grant full tax exemption and correct the assessment roll if the organization qualifies as a non-profit entitled to exemption.

Allows the applicable governing body or tax department to refund all taxes, fines, and penalties paid, and cancel any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens.
