Increases the fee threshold requiring judges or justices to file statements with the Office of Court Administration from $500 to $750 for court appointee compensation.

Removes conservators and committees of incompetent persons from the exemption in paragraph (a), requiring separate filing requirements for their compensation under new section 2.

Changes references from "state administrator" to "chief administrator of the courts" throughout the statute for consistency.

Updates the statutory reference for court examiners from section 78.25 to section 81.32 of the mental hygiene law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
