Increases daily juror compensation from $40 to $50 per day for trial and grand jurors in the unified court system for each day of physical attendance.

Raises the wage withholding protection for employed jurors from $40 to $50, prohibiting employers with more than ten employees from withholding the first $50 of daily wages during the first three days of jury service.

Adjusts the allowance calculation for employed jurors earning less than $50 daily to equal the difference between $50 and their actual daily wages.

Updates gender-neutral language throughout the statute, replacing "his or her" with "such person's."

Takes effect April 1, 2024.
