Amends the cannabis law to add a representative from the division of service-disabled veterans' business development as a non-voting ex-officio member of the state cannabis advisory board.

Maintains the board's composition of thirteen voting appointed members (seven appointed by the governor, three each by the temporary president of the senate and speaker of the assembly).

Keeps existing non-voting ex-officio representatives from eight state departments and offices unchanged, now including the new veterans' business development division.

Board members serve three-year terms and receive no compensation, though actual and necessary expenses are reimbursed.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
