Amends the agriculture and markets law to modify how funds for the Nourish New York program are distributed to food relief organizations.

Allows appropriated funds for the program to be distributed directly to the ten regional food banks without requiring an application or competitive procurement process.

Requires equal distribution of funds among multiple regional food banks operating within the same region.

Permits regional food banks to suballocate received funds to other food relief organizations.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
