Adds wage claims as grounds for attachment in civil procedure, defining wage claims to include violations of labor law articles on minimum wage, overtime, gratuities, commissions, benefits, and related federal employment law violations.

Streamlines attachment procedures for wage claims by requiring courts to hold a hearing within ten days if the employer contests the motion and reducing the required undertaking to no more than $500 or allowing it to be waived entirely.

Eliminates the notice requirement for employees to hold the ten largest shareholders of non-publicly traded corporations personally liable for unpaid wages, making shareholders jointly and severally liable for all wage debts.

Extends personal liability for unpaid wages to the ten members with the largest ownership interest in limited liability companies and grants employees the right to inspect company records to identify liable members.

Expands the definition of wages subject to shareholder liability to include liquidated damages, penalties, interest, and attorney's fees, and applies successor liability rules to employers similar in operation and ownership to prior wage violators.
