Adds impersonation of board of elections members, election officers, or their employees to the crime of criminal impersonation in the first degree under Penal Law § 190.26

Makes it illegal to pretend to be a member of a board of elections or election officer as defined by Election Law § 1-104, or an employee thereof, with intent to cause another to act in reliance upon such pretense

Criminal impersonation in the first degree remains a class E felony

Takes effect on November 1 following the date the bill becomes law
