Amends County Law Section 219 to authorize Cattaraugus County to discontinue four specifically described parcels of reforested land in the Town of Perrysburg.

First parcel contains 23.73 acres, part of Lot 16 (Town 6, Range 9), bounded by Easton Road and various property lines with specific measurements.

Second parcel contains 31 acres, also part of Lot 16, with boundaries based on a 1956 warranty deed recorded in Cattaraugus County Clerk's Office.

Third parcel contains 5 acres, part of Lot 16, located south of the second parcel with dimensions parallel to Eaton Road.

Fourth parcel contains 4 acres, part of Lot 15 (Town 6, Range 9), with boundaries measured from the north line of that lot.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
