Expands the address confidentiality program administered by the New York Secretary of State to include election officers as eligible participants alongside existing categories of domestic violence victims, human trafficking victims, kidnapping victims, sexual offense victims, stalking victims, and reproductive health care providers.

Defines "election officer" as having the same meaning as set forth in section 1-104 of the election law.

Requires county boards of elections to assist election officers in applying to the address confidentiality program, similar to how other designated agencies assist other eligible applicants.

Allows election officers to request that their actual addresses not be disclosed due to threats of violence or increased risk of harm.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
