Establishes a 16-member task force within the Department of Labor to promote competitive integrated employment for people with disabilities, with members appointed by the governor from state agencies, labor organizations, business community, and individuals with disabilities.

Designates the Department of Labor representative as task force chair; members serve 3-year terms without compensation but receive reimbursement for necessary expenses.

Task force must meet at least quarterly and examine strategies to increase competitive integrated employment, ensure state government serves as a model employer, and disseminate information on employment assistance programs.

Requires the task force to submit a comprehensive report to the governor, Senate temporary president, and Assembly speaker within two years of member appointments, with recommendations on increasing competitive integrated employment for individuals with disabilities.

Report recommendations shall be made publicly accessible on websites of state agencies represented on the task force.
