Amends General Municipal Law Section 6-n to add the Iroquois central school district to the list of school districts authorized to establish an insurance reserve fund.

Allows the Iroquois central school district to make expenditures from the reserve fund for losses, claims, actions, or judgments related to insurable risks under Insurance Law Section 1113(a)(3).

Requires the Iroquois central school district to comply with General Municipal Law Section 6-n and Article 74 of the Education Law when establishing and using the insurance reserve fund.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
