Establishes a hazardous pay differential of 10 percent above regular rate of pay for emergency medical technicians and advanced emergency medical technicians employed by New York City or NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation who work during infectious disease outbreaks.

Includes supervisors whose duties require them to supervise emergency medical technicians and advanced emergency medical technicians in the same hazardous pay eligibility.

Counts hazardous pay as salary or compensation for pension and retirement system purposes, but excludes it from calculations for salary increases, increments based on length of service, or promotions.

Defines an infectious disease outbreak as any period when the governor declares a state disaster emergency, the federal Secretary of Health and Human Services declares a public health emergency, or the president declares a national or federal emergency due to infectious disease.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
