Incorporates the Bedford Hills Fire Department Benevolent Association as a not-for-profit corporation in Westchester County composed of active and former volunteer members of the Bedford Hills Fire Department.

Restricts membership to active volunteer firefighters and those who have achieved exempt volunteer firefighter status, excluding paid firefighters and those removed for cause who have not been reinstated.

Authorizes the corporation to provide relief and assistance to indigent or injured members and their families, maintain headquarters, and promote social and recreational activities for volunteer firefighters.

Establishes a board of trustees with at least 7 members (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and three trustees) to manage the corporation's funds and property.

Entitles the corporation to collect and receive fire insurance premium taxes under sections 9104 and 9105 of the Insurance Law, effective January 1, 2025, to be used exclusively for the corporation's stated purposes.
