Requires the Office of Mental Health and Office for People with Developmental Disabilities to submit annual reports by December 15th to the chairs of the assembly and senate committees on disabilities (in addition to existing recipients).

Expands the recipient list for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities February 1st report on fund utilization to include the chair of the senate committee on disabilities and chair of the assembly committee on people with disabilities.

Modifies the reporting requirement under the Developmental Disabilities Services Fund to add the chairs of the disability committees as report recipients.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
