Amends General Municipal Law Section 6-n to add the Clarence central school district to the list of school districts authorized to establish an insurance reserve fund.

Permits the Clarence central school district to make expenditures from the insurance reserve fund for losses, claims, actions, or judgments related to risks covered under paragraph three of subsection (a) of Insurance Law Section 1113.

Allows the school district to use the reserve fund in compliance with General Municipal Law Section 6-n and Education Law Article 74.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
