Amends Social Services Law Section 365-a(2)(gg) to include licensed creative arts therapists alongside mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists as Medicaid-covered providers

Permits creative arts therapists licensed under Article 163 of the Education Law to bill Medicaid directly for services within their scope of practice

Clarifies that this authorization does not modify or expand the scope of practice for creative arts therapists or other covered mental health professionals

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law
