Creates mandatory reporting requirements for specified professionals who suspect senior abuse, including health care workers, social workers, law enforcement, attorneys, bankers, and facility staff.

Defines seven forms of senior abuse: physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional or psychological abuse, neglect, abandonment, financial or material exploitation, and self-neglect.

Requires reports to adult protective services within 48 hours of discovery by telephone, fax, email, or other approved methods, with written reports to follow within 48 hours of any oral report.

Prohibits employers from taking retaliatory action against employees who make reports in good faith and requires employers to provide written information to employees about reporting requirements.

Establishes that willful failure to report suspected senior abuse is a Class A misdemeanor and creates civil liability for damages caused by such failure.
