Allows persons at least 10 years old to hunt small game, fowl, deer, and bear without a hunting license or hunter's education certification if supervised by a qualified hunting mentor.

Defines a qualified hunting mentor as someone who is at least 21 years old, holds a valid hunting license and hunter's education certificate, and maintains arm's reach contact with the mentee at all times while hunting.

Requires mentors to be the parent/guardian of the mentee or authorized by the parent/guardian, except when mentoring persons 21 years or older.

Limits each mentor to supervise only one person per hunting trip and restricts the mentor-mentee pair to possess only one firearm, one bow, or one crossbow at a time.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
