Adds family court judges, county court judges, family support magistrates, and referees to exemptions permitting possession of weapons, firearms, rifles, and shotguns in restricted and sensitive locations under Penal Law sections 265.01-e and 265.01-d

Modifies section 265.01-e(3) to include the named court officials as an exception to weapon restrictions in sensitive locations

Modifies section 265.01-d(2) to include the named court officials as an exception to weapon restrictions in other specified locations

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
