Creates a new crime of "coordinated petit larceny" (Penal Law § 155.27), classified as a Class E felony, when a person steals property at the same location where one or more other persons are also stealing, damaging property, or facilitating theft or property damage.

Allows defendants charged with coordinated petit larceny to be held on bail under Criminal Procedure Law §§ 510.10, 530.20, and 530.40 by adding coordinated petit larceny as a qualifying offense for bail eligibility.

Directs the Division of Criminal Justice Services to conduct a public awareness campaign on larceny, including information about coordinated petit larceny, for at least one year beginning within one year of the law's effective date.

Sections establishing the crime and bail provisions take effect 90 days after enactment; the public awareness campaign provision expires and is repealed two years after enactment.
