All assisted living residences must report annually on quality measures established by the Department of Health, with the first report due by January 15, 2025.

Facilities must post starting monthly service rates, rent ranges, residency agreements, and consumer-friendly summaries of all service fees on their websites, in public spaces, and to the Department starting October 1, 2024.

The Department shall develop a scoring system for quality reporting results, with top-quartile facilities granted "advanced standing" classification and surveyed every eighteen months instead of annually.

The Department must post quality reporting results on its website by January 31, 2025.

By February 15, 2025, the Department shall report to the legislature on developing a quality scoring system for adult care facilities and enriched housing providers, including recommended quality measures and information collection processes.
