Extends the deadline for the City of Yonkers to issue serial bonds or notes under special marketing provisions from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025

Allows Yonkers to arrange underwriting of bonds or notes through private negotiated sales, with compensation provided by negotiated fee or discounted sale price

Permits private placement of bonds or notes through negotiated agreement, with compensation by negotiated fee if required

Designates underwriting and private placement costs as preliminary costs under the Local Finance Law

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
