Creates an interagency elder justice task force within the office for the aging, chaired by the director of the office for the aging, with representatives from 12 state agencies plus gubernatorial, assembly, and senate appointees to coordinate elder justice efforts.

Task force members must have relevant experience and expertise in elder justice through education, training, or lived experience, and shall serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for necessary expenses.

Task force shall meet at least monthly and must develop a comprehensive state plan on elder justice, coordinate responses to elder abuse reports, review agency initiatives, and make recommendations to improve New York's elder abuse prevention and intervention efforts.

Task force must hold five public hearings statewide within one year and submit findings and recommendations to the governor and legislative leaders within two years, with results publicized on the office for the aging website.

Legislation expires and is repealed three years after the effective date.
