Allows the board of trustees of the Tuckahoe Common School District (Suffolk County) to submit a reorganization proposition to district voters at an annual meeting, special meeting, or election.

Requires the board to conduct and approve a feasibility study before submitting any proposition, covering student enrollments, staffing plans, educational programs, transportation, and fiscal implications including changes in state aid and local tax effort.

Upon voter approval, the Commissioner of Education shall issue an order establishing the Tuckahoe-Shinnecock Union Free School District, effective within 60 days of approval.

The act takes effect immediately and expires June 30, 2026.
