Authorizes Nassau County to discontinue and sell two parcels of parkland (Parcel A: 0.0028 acres and Parcel B: 0.0038 acres) in Baldwin to Lakeside Inn, Inc. for residential improvements.

Requires Lakeside Inn, Inc. to convey approximately 0.0066 acres of land to Nassau County to be dedicated as parkland prior to the sale, provided the county has never used such land for public open space or park purposes.

Mandates that if the fair market value of the land conveyed to the county is less than the value of parkland being sold, the difference must be dedicated toward acquisition of additional parklands or capital improvements to existing park facilities.

Requires Nassau County to comply with all federal requirements and obtain approval from the Secretary of the Interior if the parklands received any federal funding for purchase, maintenance, or improvement.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
