Authorizes the Town of Brookhaven to grant easements to West Ferry Office, LLC for construction of below-surface sewer lines under parkland in Port Jefferson.

Requires the Town to dedicate an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the easement toward acquisition of new parklands and/or capital improvements to existing parklands and recreational facilities.

Easement covers approximately 0.148 acres of land on lots 3 and 4 at Port Jefferson bounded by West Broadway.

Conveyance cannot occur until the Town satisfies federal requirements for parkland alienation or conversion, including approval from the Secretary of the Interior.

West Ferry Office, LLC must restore the surface of the land to park use upon completion of sewer facility construction.
