Establishes a small business energy conservation ombudsman program within the division for small businesses to represent small businesses on state energy policy and climate leadership goals

Program shall solicit input from small businesses and organizations representing them on energy conservation and the state's clean energy agenda

Ombudsman program will participate in developing and implementing energy conservation rules and regulations related to building retrofitting, new construction compliance, and transportation sector electrification

Program will aid in investigating and resolving energy conservation complaints and disputes between small businesses and state agencies or local authorities

Program shall provide guidance, information materials, and referrals to small businesses regarding energy conservation requirements, alternative technologies, financial assistance programs, and funding sources
