Changes the name from "Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association" to "Exempt Firefighters' Benevolent Association of Hastings-on-Hudson, Inc."

Expands the permitted uses of collected fire insurance taxes beyond care for indigent members to include maintaining headquarters, providing relief to disabled or injured volunteer firefighters, promoting volunteer welfare, and funding social and recreational activities.

Updates insurance law references from sections 133 and 149-a to sections 9104 and 9105.

Requires the corporation to remit a required percentage of collected taxes to the Firefighters Association of the State of New York as mandated by insurance law.

Takes effect immediately and applies to taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2025.
