Changes the name of the organization from "Volunteer and Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association" to "Volunteer and Exempt Firefighters' Benevolent Association of Valhalla, New York."

Expands membership eligibility to include active volunteer members of the Valhalla fire department and those with exempt volunteer firefighter status under General Municipal Law section 200, while excluding paid firefighters and those removed for cause who have not been reinstated.

Terminates membership for anyone who withdraws as an active volunteer member before completing five years of service in the Valhalla Fire Department.

Broadens the association's purposes to include providing relief and aid to injured or disabled volunteer members, promoting member welfare, maintaining headquarters, and enhancing morale through social and recreational activities.

Updates references to insurance law sections from section 133 to section 9104 and section 149-a to section 9105, effective January 1, 2025, for collection and distribution of foreign fire insurance premium taxes.
