Extends the Department of Environmental Conservation's authority to regulate bear management (including seasons, bag limits, feeding restrictions, and special permits) from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2027.

Extends the DEC's authority to establish special open seasons for deer of either sex when populations cause substantial property damage or overbrowsing until December 31, 2027.

Extends the DEC's authority to adopt regulations on deer manner of taking, possession, open seasons, and bag limits until December 31, 2027.

Extends the DEC's authority to issue deer management permits allowing one additional deer harvest per license year until December 31, 2027.
