Mandates the office review all existing waivers at least once every five years and publish results publicly for public comment.

Requires the office to post information about available federal waivers within 10 days of federal agency notice, and to make all federal waiver requests, approvals, and denials publicly available within 10 days of submission or receipt.

Requires the office to post information about waivers that may be requested by social services districts within 10 days of notice, and to make all district waiver requests, approvals, and denials publicly available within 10 days.

Mandates public posting of all shelter supplement plans and rental supplement program plans submitted by social services districts, along with approval or denial decisions and related guidance, within 10 days of submission or issuance.
