Authorizes the assessor of the town of Ramapo to accept a retroactive real property tax exemption application from Kolel Rachmistrivka for the 2021, 2022, and 2023 assessment rolls.

Allows the application to be reviewed as if it had been timely filed by the taxable status date, notwithstanding normal filing deadlines.

Requires the assessor, upon approval by the town board of Ramapo, to correct the assessment rolls if the organization qualifies for exemption under section 420-a of the real property tax law.

Authorizes the town to refund previously paid taxes and cancel any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest at the governing body's discretion.

Applies to the property located at 2 Hopal Lane, hamlet of Monsey, town of Ramapo, county of Rockland (parcel ID section 56.07 block 4 lot 38).
