Changes the organization's name from "Volunteer and Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association" to "Volunteer and Exempt Firefighter's Benevolent Association of Mount Kisco."

Expands the corporation's purposes to include promoting member welfare, providing health and safety programs, maintaining headquarters, enhancing morale through social and recreational activities, and promoting volunteer fire service within the territory.

Removes the requirement that the corporation obtain written approval from the state board of social welfare before establishing and maintaining any home or institution.

Updates references to insurance law sections from 553 and 554 to 9104 and 9105 regarding collection and use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes.

Allows foreign fire insurance premium taxes to be used for all purposes set forth in the organization's charter, rather than limiting use solely to care and relief of disabled or indigent firefighters and their families; amendments take effect January 1, 2025.
