Amends election law to require boards of elections to send written notice by mail to each registered voter at least five days before an election if a previously designated polling place is changed.

Requires boards of elections to provide alternative notice at the previous polling place location if mailed notice is not possible.

Mandates boards of elections notify the following officials within five days of learning a polling place must be relocated: chairpersons of all state party committees, chairpersons of all county party committees in the affected county, the state assembly member representing the district, and the state senator representing the district.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
