Amends Section 11 of the Court of Claims Act to allow claimants to apply for court permission to correct mistakes, omissions, irregularities, or defects in timely-filed notices of intention or claims at any stage of the action.

Permits corrections that do not pertain to the manner or time of filing and service, and allows the court discretionary authority to correct, supply, or disregard defects if the other party was not prejudiced.

Requires that corrected notices of intention and/or claims be deemed corrected retroactively (nunc pro tunc) once permission is granted, and mandates submission of a proposed corrected version with the application.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
