Directs the New York State Department of Labor to establish the "Neurodiversity Training Pledge," a voluntary training program and certification for employers to support inclusive workplaces for neurodiverse individuals

Requires the Department to develop an online or virtual training program covering workplace sensitivity for conditions including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and dyslexia

Training must include strategies for creating inclusive interview processes, providing reasonable accommodations, and ensuring website accessibility for neurodiverse employees

Mandates consultation with multiple state agencies including the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Office of Mental Health, and the Office of the Chief Disability Officer in developing the program

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
