Requires all elementary and secondary schools to maintain at least two epinephrine devices in separate, secure, easily accessible locations for emergency use on students experiencing anaphylaxis

Mandates schools train personnel to recognize anaphylaxis symptoms (shortness of breath, hives, swelling, shock) and properly store and administer epinephrine devices

Requires schools to have at least one trained staff member on premises during all operating hours who can voluntarily administer epinephrine outside their normal job duties

Schools must notify parents/guardians at the beginning of each school year that epinephrine may be administered to their child during an anaphylactic reaction

Provides liability protection for schools and staff who administer epinephrine in good faith compliance with the law, and requires calling 911 as soon as safely possible after administration
