Eliminates the requirement for workers with permanent partial disability to demonstrate attachment to the labor market in order to receive workers' compensation benefits

Removes the labor market attachment requirement for temporary partial disability cases as well, allowing injured employees to receive compensation without proving they are actively seeking work

Maintains existing compensation structure of 66⅔% of the difference between pre-injury wages and post-injury wage-earning capacity for permanent partial disability cases

Preserves the tiered maximum benefit week limits based on percentage of wage-earning capacity loss, ranging from 225 weeks (15% or less loss) to 525 weeks (greater than 95% loss)

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
