Requires the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to issue special stickers identifying alternative fuel vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 10,000 pounds or less, to be affixed to both the windshield and rear window

Stickers must be easily identifiable to first responders and based on SAE Recommended Practice J3108-1 standards

Department must issue two stickers at the time of vehicle registration or re-registration starting January 1st following the act's effective date

Vehicle registration and re-registration applications must include information about whether a vehicle is an alternative fuel vehicle

Alternative fuels defined include: biodiesel (B100), natural gas, propane, electricity, hydrogen, 85%+ methanol/ethanol blends, coal-derived liquid fuels, biologically-derived fuels, and p-series fuels
