Requires the state Board of Parole to notify victims at least one week before the conditional release of an incarcerated individual who was convicted of a crime against a family or household member

Notification must include information about the release and its conditions, sent via email if available or by certified mail to the victim's last known address

When a victim's address is a domestic abuse shelter, the shelter's director or administrator must also receive notice

Defines "members of the same family or household" as persons related by blood or marriage, current or former spouses, and persons who share a child regardless of marriage or cohabitation history

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law and applies to all conditional releases occurring on or after the effective date
