Exempts claims arising from alleged sexual offenses by law enforcement officers from all state and local notice of claim requirements when the offense occurred during the officer's employment

Allows civil lawsuits against law enforcement officers for sexual offenses to be filed within 10 years after a criminal conviction for the same conduct, or 10 years after the officer leaves the employing agency

Revives previously time-barred claims for sexual offenses by law enforcement officers, allowing victims to file within 10 years of the last offense or 3 years from discovering the resulting injury

Applies to sexual offenses committed against adult victims (18 or older) while the officer was employed by a law enforcement agency

Defines "law enforcement officer" as police officers or peace officers under Criminal Procedure Law, and "sexual offense" as crimes under Penal Law Article 130 or incest statutes
