Amends the Family Court Act to require that temporary, successive temporary, or final custody and visitation orders explicitly state whether law enforcement is authorized to remove children to enforce the orders

Applies the same requirement to Family Court determinations on custody matters referred from Supreme Court, including modifications of existing custody judgments

Extends the law enforcement authorization statement requirement to Family Court enforcement or modification of custody/visitation orders originally issued in divorce, separation, or annulment proceedings

Takes effect immediately upon passage
