Adds the Niskayuna central school district to the list of school districts authorized to establish an insurance reserve fund under the general municipal law

Allows the district to make expenditures from the reserve fund for losses, claims, actions, or judgments requiring insurance coverage

The reserve fund must comply with both section 6-n of the general municipal law and article 74 of the education law

Expenditures are limited to risks authorized under paragraph 3 of subsection (a) of section 1113 of the insurance law

Takes effect immediately upon passage
