Transfers governance of Eastchester Fire District elections in Westchester County from town law provisions to election law rules and procedures (articles 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10)

Requires all fire district elections, including special elections for appropriations, to be held on the Tuesday following the first Monday in November (general election day)

Sets candidate nominating petition requirements at 25 signatures from Eastchester fire district voters, filed with the Westchester County Board of Elections

Establishes vacancy procedures: elected office vacancies occurring by September 19th are filled at the next November election, with the board of fire commissioners authorized to make interim appointments

Requires the fire district to submit a certificate to the board of elections at least eight months before each general election listing offices to be voted on
